Post-Program Report
Summarizes and assesses program results and outcomes. Includes recommendations and planning ideas.

Review Meetings
Held at an appropriate time after your program, this meeting may include past participants. It is an opportunity to get technical assistance to continue the path towards reaching training goals.

Phone/E-mail Consultations
Provides past participants with an opportunity to receive individual technical assistance, assessment, and evaluations.

Post-Program Resources
After training, participants may receive newsletters, updates, resource guides, or books.
